ORNITHOLOGY
In a remote tropical place a travelling salesman stumbles across an abandoned estate with a sole untamed inhabitant. His enthusiasm quickly upsets her delicate balance of memory, ritual and hard liquor. Unknown to them, the encounter is being observed, scrutinised, analysed, until the natural order is truly disrupted.
An encounter of absurd comedy, acrobatics, Chinese Pole, Aerial Hoop and ill-fated gardening.
The show uses silent disco technology.

After our successful showing of work-in-progress on 12th & 13th of March 2011 at Out of the Blue Drill Hall in Edinburgh, Ornithology has been awarded Creative Scotland funding for touring and further development, so we are proud to announce that Ornithology will go on tour in Scotland in Summer 2012.
Ornithology is played by Lucy Deacon, Moritz Linkmann and Patricia Kavanagh,
written by Laura Bridgeman. directed by Ben Harrison and produced by Iron-Oxide.
